Zoom fibre lack of line verification

Zoom fibre installed my line on the 27th of December. I have been calling since then begging them to verify the line. It's now the 4th if January and this has still not been done. No one seems to take ownership of this issue. Zoom says their own turnaround time is 72 hours. I am so disheartened by this type of behaviour.
