Zoom Fibre is so ***********

"I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received from Zoom Fibre. Recently, when their technicians were working in our area, our internet connection was down for 7 days due to a problem on their end. Despite my efforts to report the issue, I was not offered any compensation for the inconvenience this caused.

I am disappointed in the way Zoom Fibre handles these situations, as it seems that they do not take responsibility for their mistakes or provide adequate support to their customers. I hope that in the future, they will take steps to improve their services and customer care."
