Zoom fibre is not delivering on its promises

They don deserve 1 star. Anyone in Newlands west Durban every month 1 to 2 weeks no connectivity and the ISP says it's Zoom their technicians will call you and ask you if the link is down while you have reported it to be down and they will take another week to before the link is up. We are actually paying a whole month's fees to use it for 2 weeks. Not to mention their joining special that they promise you 3 months free and when the time comes you don't get it.
