ZOOM FIBRE IS AN INCOVENIENCE, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

It is so frustrating to have a service provider that does not care about their customers. They cannot be reached anywhere, the contact number does not go through, they are also not responding on whatsapp, no sense of urgency whatsoever. I am working from home and i have no internet connection. "please hold while i transfer you to the next available consultant" on whatsapp and 30minutes later, I am still waiting. They do not communicate with their customers but want us to make payment when due. This is really such an inconvenience. Can the consultant give me a call to fix this issue, i have work deadlines to finish off. I need to do research and find out if there are other internet service providers in my area because there is no way we can have 1 such terrible service only. Is anyone using a different internet service provider in Palm Springs (Stretford)?.
