Zoom fibre is a ****

I've app**** for zoom fibre prepaid special last year in December. They promised to install their fibre 1st week of January 2023. I had to cancel my TV subscriptions because zoom was going to install in January. I've made several follow up in regards to my installation,but they've been giving me empty promises as usual. They only send me invoice dated 12 March 2023 out of 30 days free promotion. I've asked them how can you pay for something you don't have. At the beginning of this week they promised me again that someone is going to come and install before the end of this week. They only work Monday to Friday and still no one came and there is no communication from them. I think zoom fibre is a ****.
