Zoom Fibre is a nightmare
Was so excited when the news of fibre was coming to my area, Sadly after 1 year and 73 support tickets excluding phone calls! Its a nightmare. Zoom pushed us onto Accelerit as the ISP which is the worst service provider ever and their support is something i have never experienced before. Requested Zoom management to call me, and they never did this was via telephone calls and their freshdesk support. Was expecting a lot more from this company that promised a lot, when they where recruiting customers!
