Zoom fibre is a ****. I paid them for nothing

i am so disappointed in zoom fibre. I am a paying customer. I've been with them for quiet a while. I have complained about their wifi not working and all i get is stories. Its been over 11 days and they have not done anything on their side to fix the matter.

I am still at it again. You sent your technician to my house who has done nothing and all is a lie about constructions busy in my area. You guys are taking our money and making fools out of us. Zoom useless team sort this matter out i cant be paying you for nothing. Or else pay back my money so i can find better service elsewhere
