Zoom Fibre is a bad idea.

I bought a package beginning of this month after moving into a new place, only to discover that the previous tenant left with the router for Zoom Fibre. I called and texted to let them know the situation and they seem to not comprehend what I am saying. They kept sending me wifi details and telling me to connect yet I told them that there is NO Router and I need one to connect. I have been sent from pillar to post and they called yesterday just to lie about coming to set up a new router for us. Their customer service is down bad, I want a refund of my money since I can't use their service or they must send someone before the day ends!
