Zoom Fibre is a ****

Zoom Fibre has the worst customer service experience, their agents are rude and will cut off a chat without resolving the query(you can only communicate with this company through WhatsApp) and their one phone number goes to an answering machine that never puts you through an agent. Everything is self service basically, with not a single query being attended to. As soon as you have paid your monthly fee, you won't get any help from them. Please do not bother with them, i am also in the process of canceling my services. Their Facebook page is full of distisfied customers.
