Zoom fibre is a ****
I app**** for fibre prepaid though Zoom and chose accelerit as zoom network provider. I've asked to cancellation of services since from the beginning of the month. Even today,Zoom and accelerit doesn't take me serious.
Accelerit still charging me even for month of May even after I asked for cancellation as they suspended they services at the beginning of the month.
I've asked for Zoom assistance,but they are not helping.
