Zoom Fibre is a ****

At this point i dont even think Zoom Fibre deserves even my 1 star, i had fibre installed over 3 weeks ago and till this day the wifi is not activated and when i make follow-ups I'm being taken from pillar to post , the call centre hangs up our calls when they feel they do not want to assist , today i got transferred to an agent who sounded like they were working from home and someone was swearing in the background of which i found very unprofessional and to top all of that off the agent hung-up my call without even assisting. at this point i just want my refund because i paid and I'm being told that maintenance will come fix the issue but nothing is happening. please check what is happening with this account and let me know. (number used to register the account ***) i need answers and i need them now.
