Zoom Fibre is a ****!!

I'm writing this review with anger and frustration. I'm extremely disappointed with the level of service I'm experiencing from Zoom. I have been waiting for zoom installation since 3 September only to get installation on 18 October, till today I still have no internet internet connection! Every time I call I'm told that a ticket has been opened and there's construction in the area which is lie! How can the construction only affect my house and not the whole area? Zoom fibre in orange farm is a ****! Even the their agents have been trained to lie to customers and give false excuses. They don't even bother to contact me to inform me if the there is a problem or delay with the installation. I have sent morethan R300 on airtime trying to get assistance no one gave me a clear answer. I received an sms with false login details on the 7 Novemeber indicating the line is active. If the problem can't be resolved by Friday 15 November, Please I need Zoom fibre to take their useless devise from my house refund my money!!
