Zoom Fibre has the worst service ever !!!!!

Another company that seems very clueless about what they do that work hand in hand with my ISP home-connect where both of the company’s will blame each other for the other company not replying to either their emails and seem as if they don’t have phone cells the only technical support guy I recognise and appreciate is dean from this company , otherwise you’ll have problems and all they say is “they will reprovision your network while reporting the same issue for months they won’t even send anyone to technical look at the problem you’ll suffer if you ever want to work with this company and with home connect as an ISP meanwhile should you miss a payment your service will be immediately stopped ..ohh and they are absolutely terrible with doing basic things as giving client update on an issue
