Zoom fibre down everynight for over a month

This is the second review i am writing in the past week. You head office contacted me regarding my speeds falling everynight from 100 mg line to 0,50mb to 1mbs everynight from 6pm until 10pm .i have tickets opened 101344 and ticket 105515 but nothing seems to be happening to fix my problem. Its been over a month a cannot use my wifi at night and zoom has no answers as to why this is happening. Head office calls saying they need a permanent fix but nothing comes from the technicians. They cannot fix my problem. Whats the use paying when they cannot fix my problem. I just feel like canceling this internet provider.
