Zoom Fibre cutting of lower speed packages.

Zoom Fibre is a bully. They have decided to cut out the 10, 20 and 30 Mbps which they have offered since they began offering the service in KwaDukuza. Now they are forcing us to sign up with the 50 Mbps which leaves us with no choice but to cancel our contracts. The lower packages offered was by customer preference also affordability of the packages. This increase doubles the cost of the package. I personally am happy with the 30 Mbps, but I'm being bul**** to change to a 50 Mbps line which I don't need (127% increase). This is upsurd and not ethical. They feel that they are the only providers of this service, so they can force everyone into submitting into their plan. If they wanted to they could have increased the cost of the lines by a small percentage to alleviate the problem and not resort to what they doing now. They are just gust as bad as our Government.🤬
