Zoom Fibre and their lies, empty promises and lack of services
Zoom Fiber and their lies, empty promises and lack of services.
My Fibre has been down since Thursday. And the maintenance people have been saying they’ll come and fix today is Monday I am still waiting. You reach out on WhatsApp they’ll tell you that unfortunately they can’t assist I should wait for the call from support. I am just tired of complaining. I sent emails and still no reply.
