Zoom fibre and mweb terrible service

I have reported this for the last week with zoom and mweb. My internet goes doen everynight from a 100mb line to 0,30mb to 0,90mb .i have two tickets open with zoom but nobody is giving me feedback as to what is happening with my internet. They say it is with the engineers but nothing. My tv onlys works of streaming so without my wifi i have no tv and no phones.
