Zoom fibre and Home-Connect SUCKS!

Absolutely pathetic. My fibre has been down for a week now and Zoom and Home-Connect are both evenly useless. They blame shift between each other and all response I got the entire week trying to contact them is that they will come back to me within 24-72 hours. Home-Connect and Zoom Fibre is the S******* combo ever!!!!
