Zoom fibre
Had fibre installed in November 2022 and struglled since installation. It is more offline than online. Spending a fortune on data as I need to work from home.

27 Jan 2023, 19:39Since talking to you this afternoon it went off twice again. Using data to type this as we are off again!!! Using loadshedding as an excuse is bull**** as we dont have loadshedding in our area at the moment!!! Slowly getting fedup because between Zoom and Vaal networking nothing gets sorted and no feedback given.
