Zoom Fiber's service centre and connection is bad!

You know an internet company is bad if you're considering going back to Telkom. After numerous calls to the call centre and even a "promised manager call back", we have not gotten any feedback from them. My fiber has been down for 16 hours now, and was even off for 13 hours a few days ago. More issues than Eskom I tell you.
