Zoom fiber useless company

I app**** for Zoom fiber installation on the 7th of February 2023 from the agent called Palesa and she promised me the waiting period is 7 working days, Now been 2 weeks without any update!!! I kept on calling as is no one is giving me is responsible to this matter, on the 22 February 2023 at around 12pm I got a call from someone at ther head office telling me that the installers wil come at 13:00 I waited till today
