Zoom Fiber Pty Ltd _Wifi

Hi there I come to this app with a very heavy heart this morning as I have been trying to get ahold of Zoom Fiber Pty Ltd for the past week since my mother's Wifi hasnt been working from last week Tuesday. I have been taken from pillar to post from calling them, to getting no assistance to Whatsapps with no assistance or technician sent to assist us. Please can someone or Management intervene as this Wifi service has left us hanging with no hope for us to even continue with their services anymore.
