Zoom fiber is a **** **** ****

It has been over a month since I made my payment and my services have not been activated, I am unable to pick up the wifi. They promised to send thru Technicians to my house but till today we are still waiting.

Every time I make a follow up I'm being told stories and excuses. I am so unsatisfied of the treatment I got from zoom fiber. I am a new customer but I already don't want to associate with them just want my refund and will go somewhere else where I can be valued and receive the service I paid for.

Zoom Fiber is running a mediocre business. stay away from them,
