Zoom fiber Hola data non fiber connectivity
Worst fiber company paid for internet connection we still don't have connection after two weeks every agent we speak to gives us different excuses no proper clarity on the problem, we given and attitude when ever we reach out to the company contact platforms

25 Jun 2024, 21:31We still don't have internet connection, zoom flex and Hola data makes promises and fail to deliver, after receiving payment they don't care about customers tried reaching out on Facebook and whatsapp but they have now automatically closed the chat, I have been ****med my money down the drain, paid for a service they failed to keep their promise of fiber

19 Jul 2024, 12:32From last month to this day we still stuck with wifi that's not working we paid and didn't get any service we are sent from pillar to post their service is ridiculous
