Zoom Fiber and their lies, empty promises and lack of services.
The service from these people is appalling to say the least. For the past week I have logged calls , sent WhatsApps and email requesting for technical assistance regarding my internet connection. These people will make empty promises telling you what you want to hear, LIE unashamedly . I have been sent from pillar to post and I still haven't gotten any assistance from them since last week till today. I lost clients because of these people. By far the worst service ever!

Nobody called yesterday and today you made it seem like you called by letting it ring and as I soon aside picked up, you hung up. I returned the call and guess what?! You guys don't work on weekends. Company's like Mweb and the like are also having issues with resolve your guy's infrastructure issues. My question is, if you fail to acknowledge and assist big players like Mweb, how on earth do you expect us to have that you will be to resolve our queries? Since the 26 November til today nobody has assisted us. You guys are taking the **** and are full of sht.
