No internet again since yesterday. It means the technicians only repaired for a week ,every week no internet. What is the problem exactly?

Ticket number is OZF***.My house address is 14381 Ext 8 Orange Farm, contact number is ***.Please need assistance as my work depends on the internet. Not happy....
