Zero customer service, zero response and zero care
I have been struggling with the network and have called the service provider more than once, guess what.... zoom does care, like they won't even send you an apology or an explanation... everyday I send a WhatsApp message but no one has attended to my query.... I am so disappointed in their service... the only time you'll get some sort of communication is when you late or missed a payment... when it comes to customer service... they deserve a zero rating.
