Worst fibre service ever
Worst service ever. I signed up two month ago. Paid R289 on the first month, then it went to R500. I asked them for communication informing about the rate increase and their agents are useless as ever! Just being told indirectly take it or leave it. For the past two months i had downtimd 3 times even now as im typing this message the line is down. The whatsapp line replies are sometime up to two hours.
