Worst fibre network!

Worst fibre network ever !!! I've been waiting weeks for installation and they never pitch up. They've called to make appointments and never pitched multiple times and don't even have the decency to communicate or send feedback. I'm very frustrated with this service! It's been over a month now and I'm paying for something I've never received! Zoom fibre doesn't even deserve the 1 star.
