Wifi has been off for 2 weeks
Our wifi has been off for 2 weeks now.It has a red light on LOS, I have been calling & emailing the assistance team, a week later they sent someone who just checked then told me there's a faulty cable and they will send someone to fix the problem but till today no one has came & the wifi is still off
