Very very Bad service from zoom

Since installation I've been having signal and range problems, I have been calling and sending countless emails to them but no help.Sending then screen short. Still they don't take my complain seriously The range of the router less than 5 meters in both 5G and 4g. The routers are not of good quality and not powerful Managers are stubborn and ain't willing to help.

I told them I'll post this here they don't care so they don't have accountable to the service they provide. Better stick on MtN vodacom rainbird better pity it doesn't have 5g coverage in my area.

Companies like this hold poor SA people at ransom simple because people are looking for a better alternative when it come to internet. @homeconnect and @tech 5 connect these are some of the partners or ISP's I've had bad experience with everyone I've spoke to from these companies and I won't really recommend them to anyone.
