Very upset customer

My husband app**** with zoom fibre network we signed under fibre stream for uncapped WiFi for R299 a month ... In those months we had the WiFi it went of continuously every time I took the issue up they were rude an arrogant. We were not told that the fibrestream system is moving on to Mweb ( which bare in mind we did not agree to move with them they are charging R445 a month from the 1st of March 2023) and unfortunately we cannot accept that cause we cannot afford that ) When we phone to disconnect they tell us we have to pay a few of R2000 ... Why? Cause we signed with fibrestream not Mweb .. they did not ask if we wish to continue with the WiFi they just had their own way ! Which is unacceptable!
