Very poor service

Hi, they have a great offer but the service is very poor. I paid yesterday from my subscription and was told it will be active in 0 mins. It's now the next day and it is still not working. They have a WhatsApp group/page and say a consultant will be with you soon but they only respond after an hour towards 2 hours, by that time you are busy with something else. I am considering looking for a different service provider
