VERY POOR OVERALL EXPERIENCE

Does not surpise me at all that Zoom Fibre's reviews are this bad. Absolutely poor communication. Can not get a hold of anyone in charge. They have been denying us Fiber at our Townhouse complex for the last 2 years, and do not want to finish their installations, due to stupid rules. People can't cancel their existing contracts just to sign up, without a distribution board in place. This is very unfair. I will NEVER recommend Zoom Fibre to anyone for ANYTHING! It's sad really, International company's name getting dragged down by *********** South Africans that's money hungry.
