Useless service from both Mweb and Zoom

I placed an order with Zoom fibre via Mweb, it has been an absolute nightmare and an extremely frustrating experience. Firstly no one responds accordingly and then there is no one you can actually talk too. Everything is automated and when you call the call centre you have to wait incredibly long times. This has been going on since the beginning of May.

It so pathetic because zoom says call Mweb and Mweb says Zoom.
