Unstable Wi-Fi Connection

I am writing to report an ongoing problem with my Wi-Fi connection. The Wi-Fi keeps connecting and then kicking me out repeatedly. I rely on this internet for school purposes, and this issue is seriously affecting my ability to attend classes and complete my work.

I have already reported this problem, and I was told that from your side the connection shows as working. However, in reality, the connection is very unstable and unusable. If everything was fine, I would not be experiencing constant disconnections.

I do not understand why a technician cannot be sent to check the router or replace it if necessary. Simply saying the connection is fine on your system does not solve the actual problem at my home. This feels like the issue is not being taken seriously.

I urgently need proper assistance. Please arrange for a technician to come and inspect or change the router as soon as possible, as this is for school and cannot wait.
