Unreliable

I got the fibre installed on the 31st of october and the there was a problem with my ont..then 10 days later they came and fixed. So from the 9th of November had data till 20th November. I called them explaining why i needed data and the agents one would say maintenance is on the way and i will wait. Noone would show up then the other one will say oh maintenance is paused ks of construction yet there aint any construction where i am staying. I am just tired of them, you will call and some are even rude agents... why did they bring the fibre to our area if they always saying something about it. Honestly i am tired now they say maintenance i halt in my area. If you need network for school and work...dont trust zoom. They are unreliable
