UNHAPPY ZOOM FIBRE & HOME CONNECT CLIENT

Hi & it is with much regret i have to inform you that Zoom Fibre & Home Connect are the most unhelpful service providers in Merbank. When zoom fibre was advertising in my area they would come over all the time to get us to sign up. I did eventually sign up with Zoom Fibre & Home Connect 26th June and given them all my details inclusive of my banking details. Since the 26th of June i had to call both Zoom Fibre whom never took my calls & Home Connect who was equally unhelpful. Zoom Fibre blamed Home Connect & vise visa when I did eventually get hold of both these companies. Every time i called Zoom they asked that i call Home Connect and this went on for close to a month. Zoom Fibre eventually did install my line but what a mess and when i called the installer he was absolutely arrogant . i had to get somebody to come in and redo the entire piping that Zoom Fibre installed at my cost. When i called Home Connect to lay a complaint they refused to allow me to chat with a senior manager. it has been an absolute nightmare dealing with both these companies. the only reason i HAVE TO DEAL with them is because they are the only service provider for fibre in my area. If ever i was ****med into something, it was my dealing with Zoom Fibre & Home Connect. i have signed a contract way back in June and have no idea how or who can assist me get some viable information on the way forward. Zoom Fibre has been the worst decision i have ever made in my and i have made a lot of mistakes in my life but this out does every other bad decision i have made...very unhappy
