Unhappy customer
My brother registered and paid for zoom fiber on the 30th March 2024 we waited for them to install but they never come and last week Wednesday on the 17th of April 2024 we consusulted the agent about the complaint and they promised to install on Friday 19th April 2024 or Monday on the 22nd of April 2024, but it did not happen as she promised. It is almost a month since we have been patient with the, the zoom fiber service is not delivered.
