I was really frustrated by my previous ISP and I was trying to move over to a different one, I had been calling and sending emails with no luck for about two months to the ISP and Zoom fibre as I was told that zoom captured the wrong information. After so many hours and money spent on the line I called zoom and landed on Gibraltar, she handled my query with such care and professionalism, she listed to my query as an irate client and she managed to calm me down and assist me until I was satisfied, she went over and above her job jurisdiction and assisted me till the end.
