Terrible Service – Unreliable Internet and No Support

I have had an extremely frustrating experience with Zoom Fiber. My internet has been on and off for some time now, yesterday and today I don't have internet at all ,it has a red light and despite repeatedly reporting the issue, their service has been completely unhelpful. Every time I contact them, they say they’ve lodged a ticket and will call me back but they never do.

As a student, reliable internet is critical for my studies, and this ongoing problem is causing me serious stress. I even requested a refund so I could find another provider, but Zoom Fiber refuses, claiming the service is “working” on their side. They have also stopped responding to my messages and phone calls, even though I have already paid for the service.

I would not recommend Zoom Fiber to anyone who needs dependable internet. Their customer service is unresponsive, unprofessional, and their service cannot be re**** upon.
