Terrible service

My wifi got installed last week Friday after waiting for two weeks, now I'm waiting for technicians to come and fix Airp so it can work. I make calls daily since Friday to report the issue and all I get is a ticket is open so they attend it but no one's is coming. Zoom should just tell their customers that once you pay for your wifi they don't care. Really their service is very terrible. I can't keep on fighting with them to give me good service.
