Terrible bad service

I'm back again this time I'm not angry but dissaponted I'm struggling to recharge I tried everything to contact zoom Whatsapp ,calls,emails, either no response or I'm transfered to someone then just hang up ,it's a stressful process , now I'm wondering is this suppose to be categorized as business it's like a mad house people don't know what they doing
