I'm not one to write reviews usually but at this point we are beyond defeated. The service is terrible, they use a bunch of ill-mannered people as consultants and the recent Sudden price increase is diabolical. How long must people complain about Zoom Fibre? Isn't there a way to remove them and give the contract to a willing company that will keep internet affordable? I think it is time for them to lose customers now.
