So after zoom came to replace our line and router we been in an ongoing speed test back and forth i did ask home connect to open a ticket for zoom to come out to my place and do the tests thats needed but they refuse to do so rather want me to do there job and send them speed test been doing that for the past 2 years i told them that im not going to do this any more and they need to come to my place to sort this out yet i get emails and calls wanting the test results so again zoom fibre come to my place so that you guys can fix you wifi that im paying for home connect is useless when it comes to customer service
