Zoom fibre *bad* service provider.
All they know is to say that they are sorry for the inconveniences but they never fix.
I've had my installation done on the 4th July. Ever since then I haven't been able to use the internet because apparently there's network problem in my area.
The agents are the worst it seems like they guess what to tell you. One time I was told I didn't pay. And the other time I was told there's connection problem. I am sure I have more than 5 tickets in a period of 3 days imagine.
*Zoom fibre is the worst.*
