I don't even know when to begin. Zoom doesn't take their customers serious, their service is **********. On the 24th of October I signed up for Accelerit 50mb/50mb via Zoom and till this day I am yet to be active (even when I have paid). I have called every day since the 25th and I have been taken from pillar to post; Zoom and Accelerit are ping ponging the blame, no one wants to take accountability. Zoom says Accelerit must process my application, but Accelerit says Zoom must unlock the my area because it doesn't show as an area they offer services to on their system. I'm so Gatvol, I want my money and they must come to uninstall their fibre cable.
