Regrets! Horrible ISP's, rather go with LTE
Zoom , Mweb and Afrihost! 3 horrible companies, one cancelled my line before the date i requested and the other took over my line prematurely, suspended my line, wants a delivery fee for a route i have not received and demands a pro-rata charge to remove the suspension. I have spent more than 4 hours this week trying to sort this out!

19 Apr 2025, 12:47Yes I told them that my line was not to be take over because I have one months notice with mweb before I can accommodate down time on the dates I requested the migration to be scheduled for, the 1st of May. Afrihost advised me to cancel my order and tell mweb to reconnect. I cannot get through to anyone at mweb but the last brief chat I had with an agent on their chat chatbot was that the issue needs to be taken up with zoom. I cannot get through to assist at mweb
