Refund for offline WiFi service

I TRIED CALLING OR TEXTING OR EMAILING TILL THIS DAY I HAVE NTO RECEIVED MY MONEY BECAUSE I CANNOT PAY FOR THE SERVICE THAT'S OFFLINE ALWAYS I REQUESTED A REFUND 2MONTHS AGO STILL NO REFUND MADE ONLY LIES N FROM THEIR CONSULTANT , I HAVE SEND MY BANKING DETAILS AS THEY REQUESTED STILL NO REFUNDS RECEIVED TILL THIS DAY WHAT A SHAM OF A COMPANY
