Very quick to come and do the installation but there after sales is up to **** struggeling a week just to replace a router now i am still struggeling just to activate the router everytime you phone them, they put you through to someone who is never available. And when you give them a ticket number they tell you it doenst exist

Unfortunatly i am binded with a contract, wich i might say they are not holding up there end of the bargain otherwise I would go back to wireless internet without a blink of an eye even if it is slower
